DC HipHop Artist, Obii Say, is back on the scene with "Plastic", featuring fellow DC artist, ABthePro, a little over a year to the date he released his J Dilla Tribute project, Donuts for the Villagers. "Plastic", accents Obii Say's art of storytelling over the smooth ABthePro keys. Though the track isn't attached to a project, it is very likely Obii and AB will continue to work together.
